International Orders

We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are shipped from our Italy-based facility to destinations across the globe.

We ship via FedEx, providing full tracking for every order. In case of damage, please report it within 24 hours of delivery and include photos to ensure a prompt refund, exchange, or replacement.

Customs fees and import duties, if applicable, are the responsibility of the recipient. Please note that we do not accept returns or order cancellations resulting from the recipient’s refusal to pay these duties.
